My knowledge of houses runs deeper than most Realtors- I've actually built them. When I was a kid, my very first Canadian experience was in real estate when my family moved from England to Muskoka. We bought a 3 acre wooded lot where we cleared the land and built our new home. We were true nation builders.
When I was older I joined a big firm doing work all over Europe, which I did for 8 years. I learned to build everything from warehouses to 150' metal grain silos, and plenty of homes too. I also learned that creating value in a property, by pursuing its highest and best use, is the very backbone of the real estate industry.
It was upon this foundation that I landed back to Toronto to launch my career with Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. The modern-day Realtor must have a firm grip on all aspects of real estate especially construction, financing, and the law.
Working from the Bloor West Village Branch, I live nearby in The Abbey Lofts in Roncesvalles Village. I am The High Park Realtor!
